The plot of Vampire in the Garden deviates significantly from the standard vampire tales that we’ve come to expect from Hollywood. It’s set in a universe where vampires and humans coexisted, but conflict erupted between the two races eventually. There were just a few human survivors, so they formed a colony and used lights to keep the vampires at bay. Momo, the series’ heroine, explores the colony in search of the idyllic place where vampires and humans once lived in peace. Momo also meets the Vampire Queen, Fine, who has always harboured great affection for humanity.

Attack on Titan’s first two seasons was produced by the same studio that is behind the current series. Wit Studio has also worked on the video game Vinland Saga. We’re getting closer and closer to seeing the studio put the finishing touches on its impending Netflix movie.

Almost every isekai fantasy anime begins with the following: Anyone, even a well-behaved layabout, can be whisked away to a realm of myth and magic far distant from their own reality. This is a mystery, and it doesn’t really matter how they got there—whether it was by accident, or they fell asleep while playing video games. In the end, every isekai fan worth their salt knows that these stories generally finish in one of two ways: either the protagonist remains in this new world and lives out the remainder of their life, or in Campbellian form, they return to their old world after having matured through this experience.

To wit, Uncle from Another Planet is a new comedy isekai Uncle from Another World in which Takafumi’s uncle wakes up believing he has been transported to another world after a 17-year coma. Is Takafumi’s uncle awake or is he merely recuperating from a coma? Takafumi: He’ll have to catch up on everything that’s happened in the last two decades, from high-speed internet and cellphones to current anime clichés! He’ll have to!

In July, the film Uncle from Another World will have its world debut.

Anime series Yurei Deco will be directed by Tomohisa Shimoyama and written by Dai Sat, who has worked on Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, and Ergo Proxy.

In July, Yurei Deco will release on Crunchyroll.

The Rising of the Shield Hero (Season 2)

The second and third seasons of The Rising of the Shield Hero were announced at the Crunchyroll Expo in 2019, although season 2, originally scheduled for 2021, was pushed back to spring 2022 in April.

We should expect a continuation of Isekai’s storyline from where season 1 concluded. Iwatami Naofumi’s travels as a Cardinal Hero in a parallel universe are expected to be featured.
