It was, instead, the second part of the split-cour Season 2. As of this writing, ‘That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime’ is still not renewed for season 3.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime’ is one of the most beloved animes out there. The second season currently has an astounding 8.41/10 score on MyAnimeList. The anime has a huge fan base from all around the world. Hence, there is a high demand for a third season.
Eight Bit might announce the renewal soon now that season 2 has finally concluded. However, there are also instances when animes take long gaps before announcing new seasons. Hopefully, this won’t be the case for ‘That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime.’ There is plenty of source material available for adaptation. The light novel series currently has 19 volumes published, and the anime has not covered even half of it yet.

Which actors will appear in the third season of ‘That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime’?
The only thing that changed between seasons was the director’s chair, but the rest of the ensemble stayed put. Season 2’s new director, Atsushi Nakayama, took over from Yasuhito Kikuchi, who directed the first season.
This season’s voice actors are likely to return if the show is renewed for a third season.

Megumi Toyoguchi plays the Great Sage, while Asuna Tomari plays the hobgoblin Gobta, Chikahiro Kobayashi plays wolfish Ranga, Mao Ichimichi plays the ogress Shion, and Kanehira Yamamoto plays the goblin king Rigurd in the Japanese version of the series.
We have Brittney Karbowski as Rimuru, Mallorie Rodak as Great Sage, Ryan Reynolds as Gobta, Tyson Rinehart as Ranga, Michelle Rojas as Shion, and Kent Williams as Rigurd in the English dubbing.

When will That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, Season 3 be released?
Reincarnated as a Slime is scheduled to return for a third season in 2022, although we don’t yet know if it will or when it will premiere. Datta Ken, known in Japan as TenSura, was inspired by the best-selling picture book That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime.
